DISCLAIMER: This app is not in any way affiliated with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software). It's an unofficial, free and open source app to control OBS (https://github.com/Kounex/obs_blade)
OBS Blade is designed to be your stream companion and help you to manage your live stream. While using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) you can connect to the running instance and gain control over important parts of the software. This should help you to manage what your audience can see / hear without the need to switch to OBS on your machine and make such changes. You can keep doing what you do and easily use this app to control OBS!
Currently OBS Blade supports:
- Start / stop the stream
- Changing the active scene
- Toggle visibility of scene items (like desktop capture etc.)
- Change the volume of your current audio sources (or mute them)
- View any Twitch chat and write messages
- See live statistics of your stream performance (FPS, CPU usage, kbit/s etc.)
OBS Blade also saves statistics of your previous streams so you can track the overall performance and some nice to know facts!
This app is still in its early stages and will get updated with new features over time - for now the main features which I want to add are:
- More engagement with OBS (renaming, sorting, scripted switching etc.)
- Export / merge statistics
- Soundboard
- Incoming feature requests
- (Maybe) Streamlabs client connection

Greetings everyone!
I have been working on some small things recently and felt like it was worth pushing an update! Small list of changes:
- It's now possible to trigger the OBS hotkeys (technical preview for now, WebSocket API is giving me a hard time)
- Further increased the chat size
- Several UI changes
Working on improving the scene preview feature and adding media controls! Stay tuned :)

Been a long time everyone! For this release I focused on updating the UI and making several polishments behind the scenes. This release, even though it's a major one, won't have a lot of impact on the actual usage of the app but it's an important step for future changes / iterations! But nonetheless here's a short list of the biggest changes:
- New logo to make OBS Blade more independent
- Added Blacksmith: a one time pay feature to create your own themes
- UI is now more polished and consistent
- Updated how the theme colors affect the app overall
- Scene Collections can now be seen and changed
- Improved Studio Mode support

The latest update (1.4.0) had some sweet additions but also had an annoying connection bug which was hard to track down - therefore I added a logging system!
- Logging system: keeps track of events (intended as well as error / exceptions) which can be viewed and shared (for example with me) to help me track down problems in the future more easily!

Been some time! Had and still have troubles releasing on other platforms which slowed down the overall progress but I managed to compile some sweet new stuff for all of you into the new 1.4.0 release of OBS Blade!
Following: a-probably-not-so-complete-list-but-at-least-its-something-changelog!
- Data Management: clear specific app data to clean your OBS Blade installation and get rid of false data
- Studio Mode support: you can now activate the studio mode support specifically
- Transition control: transition type and duration can now be changed
- Exposed recording and streaming controls: for quick access, start/stop/pause/resume buttons for streaming and recording can be displayed on the dashboard screen directly
- Hide scenes: additionally to hiding scene items, you can now hide unused scenes
- Added FAQ / Help section with common questions / problems and some additional information
- Improved the performance thanks to shader pre-compilation
- Bug fixes: including hiding groups in scene items, unfinished statistics, scene preview etc.
- Layout adjustments to make this app even more appealing

New year, new update! Hope you all are holding up and use the time to stream / record some awesome stuff! This version includes:
- OBS Scene preview
- YouTube chat integration (beta)
- Hiding scene items / audios
- Improved, polished layouts (including dialogs, validations, sized, etc.)
- 2 new predefined themes
- A lot under the hood to layout future updates
My backlog is still big! I received a lot of feature requests - I will try to add and improve the app as much as possible! :)

- Filter unnamed statistics (either hide them or specifically show them)

First minor update!
I'm in the middle of improving the statistics feature - this release will enable sorting and filtering all your previous statistics! This will make it easier in the future to find relevant statistics based on your settings, like how you named it, favorite or not, date streamed and so on. This will get improved over time so stay tuned :)
It's now possible to Start/Stop/(Pause and Resume if OBS is correctly configured) recording! Enjoy your recording sessions now while controlling OBS with this app - what a bliss!
Additionally I implemented a "wakelock" feature, which enables the device to stay active (without getting into sleep mode) when you are connected to an OBS instance. You can toggle this feature on or off in the settings view (is on by default)
I also did some cleaning and polishing, none is really relevant for you except you see small details - then good luck finding them!
