Lanserhof at The Arts Club is a unique medical fitness club and the first of its kind in London. It offers its members unparalleled expertise, research and support to improve fitness and improve health over the long term. With a special focus on preventive medicine, advanced medical diagnostics and advanced training methods, Lanserhof at The Arts Club enables its members to exercise better, improve their resilience and enrich their lives holistically.
Lanserhof at The Arts Club members can take advantage of a variety of fitness classes. Through this APP, you will have the opportunity to learn about, book and manage the courses. You can also book a training session with one of our personal trainers to optimize your workout. We currently offer the following classes:
Active Awakening
HIIT Training
Functional Training
Reformer Pilates
Yoga
Stretch/Mobility
Rehab Class
In order to ensure good regeneration after training, you also have the opportunity to book an appointment in our full body cryotherapy chamber quickly and easily. This service is also available to non-members.
The medical whole-body cryotherapy chamber offers numerous advantages and is used for its positive effects on pain relief and muscle regeneration. A two-chamber cryotherapy system with different temperature levels (-60 and -110 degrees Celsius) awaits you in the basement of the building. A medical full-body cryotherapy chamber is also used for skin diseases such as eczema. Due to the extremely cold temperatures, blood vessels constrict, inflammations are reduced and enable faster regeneration after training.
You can apply for a membership via our web portal portal – where your enquiry will be sent to the membership team, alternatively you can contact them directly via email: lanserhof@theartsclub.co.uk.
Once your membership has been approved you will receive your access data to the booking service for courses and personal trainings. No access data is required to complete an appointment in the cryotherapy chamber.
