HID Reader Manager streamlines management of compatible HID Signo, iCLASS SE® and multiCLASS SE readers in the field. Administrators can easily adjust configuration settings, upgrade firmware, inspect and export current reader status, and upgrade compatible readers to support Bluetooth and/or OSDP.
-Bluetooth is used to communicate with the reader hardware. If Bluetooth is not enabled communication to readers will not function.
-Calendar is used to log the error/information. If Calendar is not enabled logging will not function.
-Location is used to obtain the location of the Reader for administration purpose and improving user experience. If Location is not enabled communication to readers will not function.

i . Resolved an issue when attempting to update HID Signo reader firmware from 10.0.2.5/10.0.3.0 to 10.0.3.1. To realize the fix, update to the latest HID Reader Manager version and resume/reattempt upgrade.
ii.
Resolved an issue with HID Signo readers running firmware 10.0.2.5/10.0.3.0 OSDPv2 not communicating as expected. If experiencing this issue, reinstall or upgrade the firmware to the latest version after updating to the latest HID Reader Manager version.

With HID Reader Manager version 1.11.1 we have temporarily removed the capability to upgrade HID Signo Readers with firmware versions 10.0.2.5 & 10.0.3.0 to the latest firmware version (10.0.3.1) following reports of inconsistencies. Upgrades for all other HID Signo Reader firmware versions are still supported, for more information on supported firmware versions please refer to the HID Reader Manger user guide
