This includes a preview video, a detail video, emphases, items, pro tips for more effectiveness, the difficulty level and your previous best performances. –> All information about an exercise in one place. One of your much requested features was to be able to exclude exercises. From now on you can exclude exercises from your training that you don't like, cause you pain or don't want to do for other reasons! More information, more comfortable use and more flexibility in your training.
