Mar 9th: Workout of the Week (Feinting 101). In Part One of our Deception Series, you’ll add five essential feints to your arsenal. Feinting is truly an art form and one of the most powerful tools in boxing. Sell the fake, read the reaction, and create your openings. Be sure to hone your craft. Rinse and repeat.

Mar 2nd: Fighter of the Week (Ryan Garcia II). In Part Two of the Flash Series, we switch gears and focus on the backhand. This time, you’ll drill 12 attack sequences that finish with the rear hand. These are some of the exact sequences Ryan used to break Barrios down and control the fight.

Feb 23rd: Technique of the Week (Hop Stepping 102). This is the second half and final lead-up of our Hop Stepping series. Our first Naoya Inoue module is now just one hop away.

Feb 16th: Fighter of the Week (Ryan Garcia). In Part One of our new Flash Series, you’ll practice 20 attack sequences that all finish with a quick lead hook.

Feb 9th: Technique of the Week (Hop Stepping). In preparation for our advanced Naoya Inoue series (and higher-level attack sequences in the future), you must first master the hop step. We categorize this technique as an "Advanced Fundamental" because it requires proficiency in both lower-body rhythm and relaxed shoulders, two areas most beginners haven’t had enough time to fully develop.

Feb 2nd: Technique of the Week (The Stab Jab). Your first line of defense. Master the stab jab to disrupt rhythm, control distance, and force opponents to think twice before stepping into range.

Jan 26th: Workout of the Week (Pendulum Combos 102). Practice foundational counterattacks using the pendulum step.

Jan 19th: Workout of the Week (Pendulum Combos 101). Practice attacking with straight punches from the pendulum. We have an entire pendulum mini series on the way (102, 103, 104, 105, 106 will be out soon).

Jan 12th: Workout of the Week (Defensive Responsibility 101). Master six essential techniques designed to keep you safe, balanced, and in control after missing a big punch.

Jan 5th: Workout of the Week (Rapid Fire Combinations). This practice and assessment module sharpens your number punching and prepares you for a faster training tempo in 2026.

Dec 22th: Fighter of the Week (Hint: The best defensive boxer currently in the game)

Dec 15th: Workout of the Week (Guided Freestyling 101)

Dec 8th: Fighter of the Week (Hint: His new moniker is "El Gallo", which means "The Rooster" in Spanish).
