Helps me get to sleep

I find that slumber is a spectacular app.I've been having troubles getting to sleep or waking up really late at night randomly but slumber helps prevent that happening still happens but not as often now.One thing I dont like about it is that there is only a few free things but atleast you do get to use the app for free.I still recomend getting premium tho.Conclusion amazing app five stars would reccomend

The stories are annoying

You can really tell these stories are constructed to "make you feel tired" as there is a lot of overly descriptive moments countdown etc., but that makes them really annoying to listen.
