App is really hepful and great but I mind only one thing. Today i tried to look for sth on pull&bear app i was not working it showed me that I cant use it, the same on Safari. Please tell me what is going on because now I have to use pull&bear on my macbook 😐I am giving you 4 stars because of this problem. I hope everything will be fine.

There are three main points to raise:- STORE AVAILAIBILITY - why it is so unclear where is the stock of items I am looking for? perhaps check out Zara home- BRAND LOGO - my phone is full of screen shots from different apps for the pieces I want to buy. Why you cant put the slightest logo on the pic for every item where I can recoginize that screen shot was for your store…- FAVS - again, same as crazy idea from Zara recently, why would you hide it from the main screen? it should be the first button on the main screen….

I downloaded the app as there suppose to be a promo while purchasing via it. Of course no promo was given, there was no info on the site prior downloading app nor any promo conditions mentioned. Moreover to buy as a individual person they ask you for TAX ID which should not be mandatory field. It’s hard to understand what they want in the billing data as it provides error that is referring to wrong Passport format🤯Poor quality assurance so unless you don’t want to be QA tester don’t download.
