iPhone app is simple and it works, and that's what I can recommend. But I am dissatisfied with Apple Watch app. No notification, no vibration and no sound when getting to the next step in the workout. Requires checking Apple Watch all the time which completely misses the point of having this app on Apple Watch in the first place. I paid for the premium access to get it, and I am cancelling my subscription immediately. I will have to look elsewhere.

It’s simple and it does what it supposed to. I’m missing only one little feature - haptic notification on Apple Watch. There is sound notification after finishing high and low intensity intervals, but disabling the sound and enabling only haptic notification, in my eyes, would make this app great! :)
