For the last few months im struggling with detection local vs cloud in HE mobile up. When I open dashboards tab its loading … loading … loading. Only when i click on home / house button on top left it loads my dashboards. The problem happens only in local network - no issues connecting from outside. I was hoping that todays app update will fix the problem as it was stated that detection was improved - nothing has changed

In device section indicators (plug on/off) don’t show the real state of the device. When you use pop-up window to device managins and you close pop-up the indicater on the main page of device is different. Being outside you will never knw what is the status of your device.Collision with the Dashboard. Operating devices from Device section interfears with the Dashboard so the Dashboard shows different status of not working. Disaster…
