Suggestions as I am having problems....

Intro maler
Hello there I am a everyday player and when I have to sent my Pokemon to the professor as I don't want extras in my bag taking space and it takes so much time and sometimes the game crashes so, I wanted you to add an new feature ( if you can and if not please try to or it’s ok ) which is to select Pokémon you want to transfer all together as it will save time and stop the game from crashing.... that’s all thank you for your cooperation.

There should be guides as to which pokemons are effective against which pokemons, there is lack of info as to what u need for a raid and i cant seem to find the necessary stuff for the raid. The guide as to how pokemon are scattered and where ill find rare ones is unclear as well, how the modules work is unclear as well, the incense as well, please have a guide with clear labels so we can open it ingame whenever we want and open the chapter we want to guide us. Furthermore team change should be free once because understanding the features takes time, its very hard to gather a 1000 coins and to waste them on team change seems unfair, me and my friends are on different teams and we are wasting time farming coins one by one on gyms which seems very sad tbh and boring as well. Please make it easier to farm star dust and other resources because it is like hell to find them and very necessary for pokemons.

as far as design of the game goes, it’s amazing but it lags so much and gets stuck and a lot of times it does it during battles. it sometimes causes you to restart a battle and whatever CP you lost during the last battle is not restored. During Go Battle the Charged attacks also take very long to activate after you have tapped it.

I’ve been a day 1 user of this game bought passes and coins literally every month, I tried to spoof but after the first strike I stopped recently the devs terminated my account with my knowledge-even when I reached them out and asked to review my case and I offered to provide a full diagnostic report of my Iphone that it’s never been jail braked and haven’t downloaded any third party apps all I get is generic automated replies. All my progress is down the friggin drain and my money. You guys have the worst detection system I know people that spoof for a living and not even a single strike while my 9 yr old account get’s taken down.
