• Resident ID
- We are doing away with OTPs for amenity bookings. Each resident will have a unique ID(Resident ID).
- Once you book an amenity either for yourself or your family, instead of sharing an OTP with the security, you will just have to share your Resident ID with them.
• Booking credits
- We have introduced the concept of ‘Booking Credits’. Each resident would be assigned pre-defined credits which they can utilize to book amenities over the next pre-defined set of days.
