What’s new in 26.9 We’ve squashed some bugs and made a few improvements to make it easier than ever to get good with money. Here’s what changed: • Pinning categories now includes a search option. Selected categories move to the top of the list as you go, making review quick and easy. • VoiceOver now reads account totals once (as it should) and works more smoothly with on/off controls like Cleared and Uncleared.

When your bank connection needs reauthorization, you’ll now see it right in the Home tab—so nothing slows you down. We also gave some Home tab icons a little polish and tidied up the Reflect and Edit Plan screens on iPad so everything feels cleaner and easier to read.

You already have access to Cost to Be Me, which compares the total of your targets to your expected income. But how do you know if your actual spending stayed on track? The new Income vs. Spending insight in the Reflect tab shows you at a glance. With a simple bar chart of the last six months, you can see when you spent more, less, or right in line with what you brought in. No math, no guesswork.

We fixed a bug that was keeping your full transaction list from loading if you had lots of scheduled transactions lined up. Now your entire list shows up right on cue… like your lawn service the second you unmute on a Zoom call. You can also filter to see only your flagged transactions, so it’s easier to focus on what needs your attention.

You’ve been giving them jobs—now give them a mission. And if your mission gets interrupted by a stuck Direct Import connection? You can now reset it yourself from the Manage Connections screen, no support ticket required! It’s the same fix we’ve always recommended, just easier, faster, and smoother than your uncle’s holiday storytelling.

Getting started just got less overwhelming. New mobile users now see a flexible checklist to guide them through setup—one step at a time, at their own pace. Unlike the previous locked-in experience, the new checklist lets new users complete one task, then return later to finish the rest. They'll always know exactly where they are, what's done, and what's next.  People worry about money all the time, but you don't have to anymore. Our new starting process will have you feeling confident and in control from day one.

This one’s all about connections and clarity—between you and your spending, and you and your bank connections. We’ve given the Manage Connections experience a refresh! You’ll notice some welcome upgrades: • The option to nickname your bank connections • Clearer connection statuses • Handy visual cues showing which bank accounts are linked (and which are still flying solo) • Bank logos for easier identification And that’s not all: the Underfunded card on the Home tab is now tappable, so you can jump straight to your underfunded categories view. We also squashed a bug that was causing layout issues when doing math in split transactions. Your split transactions should now behave—and look—the way they’re meant to.

See all your transactions in one place with a streamlined design for split transactions and transfers, plus supercharged search helps you find what you’re looking for fast.  When you update to iOS 26, you’ll be able to ask Siri to show you a category balance without even opening the app. Or set up Apple Shortcuts to make your plan appear when and where you spend—like automatically showing your Dining Out category when you open DoorDash, or prompting you to add a transaction when you leave the grocery store. And to top it all off, we’ve polished the design throughout the app so everything fits right in on iOS 26. Go ahead—make yourself at home!
