They made villa Stella a home, not just a rented accommodation from an app. This made all the difference for us—we felt we never left home! We are so grateful for the love and care showered on my family by the staff, for getting medicine for me when I had a terrible stomach ache, for being concerned with my well being and making sure I recovered, for the world class Balinese massage of Kumang, for the home cooked Balinese meals , for keeping the villa in tip top shape , and for making the birthdays of our two kids a treasure of memory they will keep in their hearts for a lifetime. The staff spoiled us! This accounts for the villa’s excellent softwareFor the villa’s hardware, it has excellent facilities and has the best marriage of modern-colonial ,ethnic Asian architecture and interior design. My family loved the lighting, clean lines and the warmth of Asian ethnic art and crafts , appropriate furniture which fuses well in creating an Asian home with a superb classic taste. Unauthorized Booking & No Urgent Action Taken

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My credit card was compromised and used to book a stay without my authorization. I contacted Airbnb immediately while the transaction was still pending on my end and requested that the booking be canceled right away.Instead of taking urgent action, I was repeatedly told to check with my family and friends to see if they had used my card — which I had already done before even reaching out to support. Weeks passed, the booking was never canceled, and the transaction eventually went through.I have already disputed the charge with my bank, but I genuinely don’t understand why a booking couldn’t be canceled when it was clearly reported as unauthorized from the beginning. The lack of urgency and support in a case of fraud is very concerning.I expected better protection and assistance, especially in a situation involving a compromised credit card.
