Second update Thanks for your reply with an attempt of solution, however you can’t message you via Facebook messenger... And you have not replied to Instagram messages or various emails. Bad communication. What sort of information do you want in the email? Iv emailed so hopefully you reply back to that. 1st Update: Still no support after they advised to contact them for help, and havnt had any reply. Their is a glitch where is saves your video in portrait mode from when it was created in landscape. Therefore work is lost everything needs resizing Original review: There is no customer support for this app. I wouldn’t in my opinion purchase this. Only use the free option. You can make long-ish video (3mins) but does not have the capabilities of saving when you add a lot of emojis, filters and text...even with the paid version. So just keep it short, sweet and simple! Or make 2 copies and split in half and save in another app and join them together. Great music track and modern font features. Very very easy to use

Hi, if you don't want the background, please select no frame in the canvas menu. If you merge multiple clips, you can only apply one video ratio, so some of the clips may be cropped.

Today I was trying to clear storage off my phone and went over to inshot and stored the videos on there so I could edit it later for my yt channel and permanently deleted the videos off photos thinking that this was smart, but inshot made it a very dumb move because when I went to edit it later it said something like: “sorry, but you can’t access these files anymore.”With means I can’t ever get the footage back so there goes the views I was about to get.Don’t get this app. Just download CapCut or something instead.

i quite like this app. Its been a great substitute for capcut as everything has gone pro. It has a (mostly) good balance of free and non free stuff. A few things that bothered me, though. (I’m on Apple iPad if this helps at all.) 1. Pips (overlays.) as someone who edits with videos (and usually quite a few) , I use overlays a lot. But for inshot, it only takes maybe five layers before the entire thing starts lagging really heavily. This can cause issues like clips lagging or audio glitching out. Sometimes it gets so laggy to the point i have to wait 10 seconds for things to register when i click them like on pips. This is really frustrating, is there anything you developers (or i) can do to fix this? 2. Another thing is some effects/animations. This isn’t really a problem or an issue, but there’s some well known effects/animations that I would really like to see on this app. Like, effects/animations specifically made for transitions and clips in editing. It would be really cool to see unique transitions and effects that really up people editing skills. I think adding well-known ones like the ones on tiktok could really help this app gain popularity (now is an especially good time too with capcut adding too much pro, there’s a lot of people looking for substitute editing apps). 3. Transitions. Again, not really an issue, but like the animations and effects, new ones would be so cool to see. Also a few other small things i think would be nice: making text effects less large and giving the ability to edit how strong the text effects are. Able to add keyframes on effects and texts for not just size. And to be able to crop all clips at once (especially helpful if you’re repeating the same clip for a specific effect and don’t have to crop it one by one.)Overall, it’s a pretty good app though. I really like multiple of your new updates and can’t wait to see more- really good for editing.

I learned everything I know about video editing in premiere, and this app has a really nice transition from very professional software to mobile editing software without feeling like I have to relearn all the dumbed down versions of the same commands. It is there any intuitive, and I can do just about anything design for any screen. And any new trend that I see pop up on any social media platform I am able to do in this app!
