- Kích hoạt bảo hành sản phẩm bằng cách quét số serial và điền thông tin khách hàng cần thiết. Tích điểm mỗi lần kích hoạt theo chính sách của công ty.
- Quản lý danh sách sản phẩm công ty đã xuất cho đại lý. Sản phẩm nào đã kích hoạt bảo hành, sản phẩm nào chưa kích hoạt.
- Đại lý cấp 2 có thể quét mã sản phẩm để nhập thông tin sản phẩm vào hệ thống khi nhập hàng từ đại lý cấp 1.
- Đăng ký bảo hành sản phẩm giúp khách hàng.
Người dùng cuối:
- Đăng ký tài khoản để sử dụng.
- Quét mã vạch sản phẩm để kích hoạt bảo hành.
- Đăng ký bảo hành sửa chữa: khách hàng có thể dùng app để đăng ký bảo hành sửa chữa. Kiểm tra trạng thái ca bảo hành đồng thời có thể tra cứu lịch sử bảo hành sản phẩm thông qua số serial của máy.
