Instant client lookup: Add details in seconds Creating work orders and projects just got faster. With our new Quick Lookup feature, you can search for a company or individual directly in the app and instantly pull in their details. Search by name, personal ID number, organization number, street address, or city. Powered by Creditsafe, the lookup lets you add a credit-verified company or an individual to your work order with a single tap. No more manually typing long organization or VAT numbers — everything is filled in automatically for you. Upload multiple documents at once Managing documents is now faster and more efficient. You can now select multiple attachments at once and upload them to a work order’s document folder. Simply tap the + button in Documents, choose File, and select your attachments in one go. Once confirmed, all files are added to the correct folder. And as always, we’ve smashed a few bugs to make your experience even better.

What’s new Time reporting in the app is now smarter and better aligned with your company’s rules. Clear limits now define how far back you can create or edit time reports, based on company settings. When restrictions apply, older reports are locked and shown as read-only, so it’s always obvious what can be updated and what can’t. We’ve also added precise rules for reporting future time. Depending on your company setup, reporting on future dates may be allowed, fully restricted, or limited to specific time types. If a report can’t be created or edited, you’ll see messages explaining why. The result: fewer errors, clearer feedback, and smoother time reporting on mobile.

What’s new We’ve completely redesigned the Ledgers section in the Fieldly app to make it simpler, faster, and easier to use. The new experience is fully compliant with ID06 and Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) requirements. New feature: Seamless check-in and check-out with ID06 cards. Attendance can be registered by scanning an ID06 card directly in the app, making on-site registration smooth and effortless. All required documentation is always readily available for inspections. We’ve also significantly improved usability across existing features, including sharing attendance logs with the Swedish Tax Agency, real-time emergency lists to see who’s on-site, and efficient management of site-related documents.

Scan articles in seconds — barcode support is here! Barcode scanning: Add articles instantly with a single scan Once your articles are set up on the web or via an integration, you can now use your device’s camera to scan their barcodes and add them to your work with zero typing. Each scan automatically increases the quantity, making it fast and effortless to add multiple of the same item. Spend less time entering data and more time getting the job done! Behind-the-scenes enhancements Optimizations have been done to improve the app's performance. Also, approving work orders just got easier — the email subject line now auto-includes the work order serial number and title, so you can send approvals with better clarity.

Clean up your Inbox — delete messages individually or clear them out in one go * Tidy Inbox: Delete messages and notifications one by one with a swipe left or a long press, or select multiple items—or all at once—to remove them and keep your Inbox neat and organized. Book people on work orders & projects in the mobile app and remove yourself when needed We are excited to announce a major improvement to our app: you can now book persons directly on a work order or project without switching to the web version. You can also remove yourself from the work. This update makes scheduling smoother for both field staff and office admins, keeping the calendar accurate and up to date. What’s new · Book yourself when creating a work order or project in the mobile app so it instantly appears in the office calendar. · Assign and book others to an existing work order/project without needing the web app. · Remove yourself from a work order/project if assigned by mistake or unable to take the job. · Improved view for my contacts – now more intuitive, with company names (when available), quick actions for calling, messaging, or emailing, easy copy-to-clipboard, and the option to edit or delete contacts when allowed. Why it matters Before, in the mobile app, you could give someone access to the work, but you could not book them for a specific time in the calendar without switching to the booking view on the web and completing extra steps there. This caused scheduling gaps, double bookings, and unnecessary admin work. Now, field workers can manage work orders and projects in real time, and the office sees the updates instantly, keeping everyone aligned. It closes a major workflow gap, making planning faster, simpler, and more reliable.

Several improvements and new features have been added to the latest update of the Fieldly app. Here's what's new: * Enhanced Stopwatch feature: The stopwatch has been significantly improved to make time reporting easier than ever. Simply start the timer, and a small icon will appear in the app while it's running. Tap the icon to view the stopwatch, where both work time and break time are clearly displayed. When you're finished, just tap "Finish time report", and your time report is generated automatically. * Accessibility and contrast improvements: The "All work" and "Assignments" lists have been updated to meet the highest (AAA) level of accessibility standards. The contrast ratio has been significantly improved, and the lists have been redesigned for greater clarity, making it easier for users to quickly scan and navigate the content. * Improved image handling in reports: We have fixed an issue where images in field and expense reports could be unintentionally deleted when multiple users edited the same report at the same time. Now, your uploaded images will remain safe even if someone else updates the same report. * Many bug fixes: Resulting in better article reports, improved push notifications, and behind-the-scenes enhancements for a smoother app experience.
