– Blade contains tools to enter work, photos, files, floor plans, dry logs, and to keep track of equipment, all in one place.
– Blade Mobile syncs directly with our website, allowing your job site work to instantly become a kept-in-sync QuickBooks Customer or Xactimate Project through our available integrations.
* Create a Project on or offline
– Blade works seamlessly on or offline, meaning project information can be created at the job site even without an internet connection and then later uploaded to the cloud.
* Keep track of Projects across multiple users and devices
– Blade allows multiple users to enter project information, all from different devices. Once a project has been created, simply upload it to the cloud. It will then be ready to be downloaded by other users who can then review or add additional information. If a user has been working on a project that is already in the cloud, Blade will let other users know that they should download the latest content to keep information in sync.
* Create Tasks for Users
– Send out tasks to members of your company so they are always up to date on what to do next. The status of these tasks can be quickly monitored to make sure they're getting done.
* Work & Supply Templates reduce time filling out information
– Have a list of supplies or services that are commonly used? Creating work & Supply templates can reduce the need to repetitively input work by entering it automatically.
* Get quick information to contact an Insurance carrier, Adjuster, or third party Vendor
– Blade gives quick access to contact information on any Insurance Carriers, Adjusters, or third party Vendors added to the system

Auto Measurements
- When adding a work item like Tear out Drywall, you can choose from a list of measurements (room volume, walls and ceilings SF, etc.) and Blade will automatically calculate quantity based on the selected room's dimensions
Editing Improvements
- You can now change the room or visit of an item in the work and supply list by clicking on the desired field and choosing a new value from a popup menu
Xactimate Activities
- Those with an Xactimate Integration enabled can now select an activity (remove, remove & replace, etc.) when adding work and supplies
Bug fixes and UI improvements
- Fixed a bug that prevented users from creating tasks
- Fixed a bug that could cause the app to crash when switching between multiple projects
