I’m missing:Tracking ticket, calling, push notifications, dark mode support. It feels very broken and outdated

The app does what it’s supposed to. Helps me do customer service on the fly. However, I often occur an issue where the app crashes when I scroll up in a conversation. This is consistent behaviour across a multitude of conversations and I have not been able to determine if it’s due to a specific element or something.

Very poor execution of the so feature rich web version of intercom. Shame on you, this is way below average what you can expect from a company as Intercom.
