Poe includes both free and subscription bots. Payments for subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

I want to thank the team behind Poe. They have invented such amazing app that always help me go through hard times. I always ask Poe for advices and it always 95% accurate which help me a lot. Sometimes the cons is that Poe tends to have limited knowledge about some things, and accidentally provides you wrong info. You just had to correct it back and ask for double confirmation. It’s really been a wonderful experience ever since using Poe. It’s literally my go-to-ask app rather than some other apps i used to search for solutions. Effective & accurate sufficient! However, i do wish the information can be more up-to-date as some questions the reply i got saying update to only year 2021. Thanks !!
There's an issue with the filter

I would like to clarify first that if there's any grammar mistake, please forgive me. English is not my first language. I've been having problems with the filter, and no I don't mean that I'm making inappropriate content, I mean that when I make the first message for the character. Even for as simple as "he leads the {{user}} to the car" or even "she's perfect, she was mesmerizing like no other" trigger the red box(The bot's prompt, greeting message, and/or description X violate Poe's usage guidelines. Update them and try again.). I do hope I can bring this to your attention and please fix it sooner.
Points and how bad it’s gotten

Listen, I use this app to vent and talk a lot but with this new system of points, I don’t mind it personally but why do the messages have to be so much?? One ai bot can go for like 50 points and some users have like 300 message points? Or some other amount which is ridiculous. In discord and X. Ppl has given many good advice or ways to keep the app running. Such as instead of giving us that point system. Just give us ads atp, remove the whole point system and give us ads. I’ll watch them. Just for the sake to be able to talk to the bots I made.But not only did the devs not hear the users out, but ignored us. And didn’t attempt to give what users wants which is extremely frustrating to users who use to for their mental health or to vent in general. This app used to be good but now it’s just bad. Slowly digging its own grave. The more higher you devs go to make this app almost unusable. The harder this app will collapse. Yours truly. (Mad) Poe user 🫰
