I had signed up for the 3day trial but wasn’t too good at using the app. Deleted the app but yet my card has been charged for a years subscription!

While Facetune 2 is free to download, please note that trials and subscriptions do automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel a subscription in the Settings app on your device. Simply deleting the app will not cancel any active subscriptions. Nonetheless, if a VIP package was purchased unintentionally, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. Functional app, useful but expensive

I like all the features and micro-edits possible for editing. The AI is good, not great but you can usually get decent results out of it. But for the price point and paying subscription rates - not sure if it’s worth it. This is the kind of app I would rather pay one-off and use when I need to rather than pay frequent subscription.

I used to use this apps frequently when it comes to editing tone of my pictures because its free for some useful tools, but sadly those free tools has become paid tools which make me rarely use this app anymore. Sorry you should remain the free tools. I dont mind if you want to charge the vip feature, but making free features into vip is not right

Couldn’t purchase

When I tap into VIP and try to purchase , it appears “Network Error” when my internet works perfectly fine and it comes with 3 options : Try again, Contact Us, Not now. I kept on tapping on “try again” nothing works , it just keep appearing the same msg. Couldn’t “contact us” coz it says there’s no email set up. Please fix this. I’ve been trying for days. Sign in and out of my ID, switching on and off my iPhone.
