- Manual Check-In: In cases where participants cannot access their tickets, you have the option to manually check them in, ensuring no one misses out due to technical issues.
- Check-Out Functionality: Mistakenly checked someone in? No problem. Our check-out feature allows you to rectify errors, although it's generally not recommended to avoid confusion.
- Resend Tickets: Resend tickets to participants directly from the app. For legacy tickets, send a PDF via email. For secure tickets, participants must log in to access their dynamic QR code.
