First Time Using WaitWay?
When you first open the app, you’ll see a device code. This means your device is ready to pair.
1. Go to https://waitway.com/admin on your computer or mobile browser.
2. Sign in or create an account.
3. From the Devices section, enter your code to link the app.
Once paired, your device will show either the kiosk screen (for guests) or provider screen (for staff). Tablets are recommended for kiosks, and you can add more devices anytime.
