The app provides full interoperability between EMRs, ERPs, and Implant Supplier Contracts.
The app will aid in the collection, curation and collaboration of implant case data between providers and implant suppliers.
A combination of manual and/or QR Code scanning, automated batch input and batch output can drive a solution to fix the currently broken, disconnected, and time consuming manual process of implant documentation.
The app guarantees implant contract, patient account charging, and charting compliance.
Providers will realize implant cost savings along with incremental implant charge capture.
There are 2 versions.
Version 1, 1 Click & Done, completely automated implant documentation to EMRs and ERPs.
Version 2, Chargemaster exceptions, with automated implant documentation to EMRs and ERPs.
Both versions ensure implant vendor contract compliance.
The application can be fully integrated with EMRs, ERPs, and implant contracts.
The application can also be used as a stand alone platform and data warehouse, including item master, charge master, and implant contract repository.
Completed case histories are automatically forwarded to implant suppliers to ensure case purchase order, and implant case contract compliance. These transactions can become fully automated, between providers and implant suppliers.
The platform supports sFTP, HL7, and API integrations between providers and implant suppliers to eliminate the manual, repetitive tasks associated with implant documentation, reducing A/R and DSO for providers and suppliers.
