You can now mark emails as read or unread, move emails, set flags, and delete emails. This tidies up your shared mailboxes and makes your life and collaboration with others much easier. Enjoy giving it a try. +++ Curtain up for the new open and closed channels +++ Channels in SecurePIM Messenger are the perfect place to share ideas and files with your team, make decisions, or just meet for a virtual coffee and chat. All of this securely and yet easily. We took the next step to make channels easier to use, more intuitive, and more powerful: You can now choose between open and closed channels. In an open channel, you don’t need to add participants beforehand. Just send the corresponding channel link and optional channel PIN to the ones you’d like to have in there. And that’s it. Open channels are thus the perfect place for cross-functional projects and all-hands meeting, for example. If you’ve invited someone to a channel by mistake, you can revoke that person's access to the channel again using the "Block participant" option.  In a closed channel, as the term indicates, only a dedicated group of people is allowed to see the shared channel contents and join meetings. Here, you’ll have to add the participants first. You may then send the channel link to these participants to join a meeting. So, closed channels are perfectly suited for team meetings, for example. The user interface is now not only looking nicer. You'll receive this link from the person who invites you, e.g., by email. All you now have to do is tap on this link in SecurePIM, e.g., in the Mail module or in the Calendar. Release Highlights: - Open email attachments from the Mail module in other apps - Open links from SecurePIM Browser in other apps - Module names now also in navigation bar - SecurePIM Messenger again meets usability What's new: +++ Open email attachments from the Mail module in other apps +++ You can now open your email attachments directly from the Mail module outside of SecurePIM, e.g., with a PDF reader on your device (if your configuration allows it). All you need to do is long press on an email attachment and select "Open in". You can then read and edit the email attachment, like a document, in the chosen app as usual. But please, be careful: This data then leaves the secure container, of course. +++ Open links from SecurePIM Browser in other apps +++ If your configuration allows it, you can now open links from Secure Browser in other browser apps. Long pressing on a link displays the option "Open outside SecurePIM". SecurePIM then checks if the URL is correct and secure. Please be careful here as well: Web pages may also contain sensitive data which will leave the secure container in this case.
