PSL Version 2.0.0 contains many quality of life improvements to the PSL application, such as : 1) Support for logging in via Touch ID and auto-filling of passwords. 2) A simpler, easier to use camera interface that mimics the native iOS camera system. 3) Supporting of zooming during recording of videos.

Version 1.4 supports updates made to simplify usability of imaging, and image quality in diffused mode. Imaging configurations are now completely automatic during diffused mode capture simplifying the user experience while ensuring high image quality. Version 1.3 contains many significant updates to improve the usage of the PSL device: 1) The application now supports larger images on the PDF reports, and includes hospital information on every page. 2) The application now makes fewer fields mandatory when creating a patient-exam. 3) The application supports low-security mode, allowing the user to disable certain security features for the purposes of convenience. 4) The application now supports the multi-site functionality. 5) The application now has an updated disease list that matches the ICD-10 code list for ophthalmology. 6) Bug fixes and various performance improvements.
