Most of the time, procrastination is not caused by laziness, but by difficulty getting started. Once you do get started, momentum will often carry you through to the end.
Procrastination is only the surface symptom. The deeper reason is that our brains are naturally wired to:
* dislike vague tasks and not know where to begin
* fall into perfectionism, worrying about not doing it well, so it feels easier not to start at all
* prefer short-term pleasure, such as scrolling on the phone
* lose self-worth even further when procrastinating. At that point, the subconscious may start attaching labels like “I’m someone who always procrastinates,” leading to self-denial, inner friction, and a vicious cycle (it is very important not to label yourself this way!)
This little app can break down the tasks you do not want to face into
extremely specific steps with one tap. Every step is easy to complete, and each one comes with guiding text to reduce your psychological resistance.
Once the task is broken down, all you need to do is take the first step with its encouragement — after that, you may find it hard to stop.

Download the coaches you like on demand! A minister, a butler, a professional communication coach, a sleep guidance coach, even a chef coach… one app, endless ways to play.

Make your real-world effort visible inside the app, so you can fall in love with the version of yourself that keeps improving.
4. Personal Profile
Every time a coach creates a plan, they will refer to your personal profile to design steps that best fit your situation and write encouragement that motivates you most effectively.
It also supports per-coach rewrites, so different coaches can see different versions of your profile. (For example, the “Master Chef” sees your food preferences, while the “Minister” sees that you are a Spanish princess.)
