Hello, my name is Torrmall Thomas I am an ISSA certified Personal Trainer & Bodybuilding Specialist! I became passionate about fitness and nutrition around my freshmen year of high school. I was a frail 112 pound freshmen who lacked confidence, guidance, but was always a hard worker with self discipline. I joined a gym where I had the pleasure of meeting a trainer who gave me the knowledge in order to obtain my fitness goal. By the end of my senior year of high school I was 198 pounds and received a scholarship to play basketball. While playing college basketball I was training my teammates and making them meal plans based on personal experience. After college basketball I decided to get the credentials I needed in order to be a certified personal trainer. Since 2016 I’ve been a personal trainer, competitive Classic Physique Bodybuilder, and active duty military member in the Air Force. My passion is to help others struggling reaching their goals. If you do choose to have me as your coach I will ensure that on my end I am putting 1000% of my time and effort to ensure that goal is met.
