We've made several enhancements to the Package Scanner to improve accuracy and ease of use.
On the backend, we've optimized how scanned images are processed to improve recipient recognition. On the mobile app, the scanning flow now includes clearer onboarding guidance on how to position and capture the label, and will alert you in real time if the image is too dark — helping you avoid failed scans before they happen. We've also refreshed the manual entry screen for a cleaner experience.
