- Take actions: assign, accept and close alerts and incidents
- Work collaboratively in Service Outage Rooms to resolve issues - leveraging ChatOps with seamless integration for Microsoft Teams and Slack
- Keep communications in sync with your ITSM tooling throughout the incident/alert lifecycle
