- 10-50 minute workouts that are FUN, yet CHALLENGING and will leave you feeling strong and inspired to keep going
-In app programs ranging from 4-6 weeks focused on helping you transform inside and out
-Workout split including: legs, booty, arms, abs, and full body
-A variety of training styles ranging from no equipment needed, low impact/no jumping workouts, and weight training classes
-Workouts you can do anywhere, any time with limited to no equipment!
-Access to the MBM community full of women ranging from all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life that will motivate you to keep going
