Most people fail at self-improvement because they focus on behavior without changing the underlying beliefs that drive that behavior. Most Learned helps you internalize new mental models by forcing daily engagement with a small set of principles until they become automatic. HOW IT WORKS You work with 3 active mindsets at a time. Each day, you engage with them through short practice sessions. The app tracks your consistency and progress. Once a mindset feels internalized, you rotate in a new one. The constraint is intentional: limiting your focus to 3 prevents the dilution that kills most self-improvement efforts. WHAT YOU GET - Daily practice sessions: Short, focused engagement with your active mindsets - Immersion mode: Deeper focus sessions when you need them - Progress tracking: See your consistency and how long you've been working with each mindset - Simple entry creation: Write your own or use AI assistance to articulate what you're working on - Gamification: Light mechanics to maintain engagement without distraction WHO THIS IS FOR - You want to start the business, write the book, learn the skill, but every time you sit down to begin, you find something else that needs to be done first. The intention is there. The follow-through isn't. - You know you should go to the gym, but you talk yourself out of it every morning. The conversation in your head wins, and by the time you've convinced yourself to go later, later never comes. - You see the opportunity to speak up in the meeting, but you hesitate. By the time you've worked up the courage, someone else has said it, or the moment has passed entirely. - You react in anger when you meant to stay calm. You reach for your phone when you meant to focus. You stay in your comfort zone when you meant to push yourself. The gap isn't knowledge. It's that the right thought doesn't occur to you automatically in the moment you need it. This app trains that automatic response. FAIR WARNING There's no feed, no social features, no dopamine hits from random inspirational quotes. It's a practice tool. Like running or meditation, the benefit comes from repetition over time, not from the experience itself. If 1-3 minutes of daily commitment feels like too much work to invest in yourself, this probably isn't for you (though I'd love to hear your feedback if you try it anyway). TECHNICAL NOTE I'm not a software developer by trade. I learned to code specifically to build this app because I needed it to exist. A barely functional prototype of this tool was the reason I had the perseverance to ship the final version. It worked for me and I know it will work for you. Download it. Use it.
