Job Assess was created to help workplaces accurately and efficiently capture the physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial demands of any job.
The tool is broken up into 10 key sections. Simple data entry fields and pick lists are used to gather information about the job the user is assessing. High risk tasks that are identified by the user can be flagged during completion to bring to the attention of the workplace. Photos can be taken live and uploaded to the applicable tasks or piece of equipment. Progress can be saved so the user can return at another time if the assessment cannot be completed all at once. In the end, a final report is produced that lists all demands and highlights all items that were flagged during the assessment. The final report is saved within your MyOHCOW account or can also be exported to be printed and/or saved as a PDF.
