The following services can be accessed via ICB Digital app: - Balance Enquiry of all your accounts - View Transactions done in your accounts - Account Statement - Bill Payments such as Electricity Bills, Water Bills, DSTV, Zuku etc - GePG Payments - Airtime Recharge - Funds Transfer (Interbank, Intrabank, Bank 2 Wallet) - Merchant Payments using SelcomPay/Masterpass - Service Requests - chequebook requests, stop cheque requests e.t.c. - Face, Fingerprint, PIN pattern authentication supported - Two-factor authentication as extra layer of security Customers need to register for mobile and internet banking service, registration can be done at ICB branches.
