Simplified AppointmentDetailInfo UI (leaner layout, map linking) and updated StatusButton to use theme/icons. Overhauled ModifyDropdown: centralized status handling, added reservation add/edit modal, removed unused checklist/category flows and cleaned up menu rendering/permissions. Fixed Comments state and modal handling, plus small formatting/styling tweaks across PropertyDetail and shared components.
