Major improvements to the music playback system. This fixes several bugs with timing and fast forwarding during playback. Drill-Music coupling is now extremely tight.

Fixed a an issue with playback where the drill would fast forward to the end if it had music synced but the music file was not available.

This release adds support for music playback! With the correct JSON export from EnVision v2.1.00+ you can include your music so it can be played with your drill! We've also added support for Rehearsal Marks and Rehearsal Mark Overrides.
