This is a Iambic Keyer. Press the left paddle (blue) for dit and the right paddle (green). Press the red trash icon to clear the log, the blue book icon for the morse code dictionary (letters and abbreviations), and the gray gear icon to change key settings including the speed of the keyer in WPM and the frequency of the tone.
