In this version of the Verify app, we’ve made changes to the alternate installation flow to help you recover an offline router to an online state. To complete this flow, you’ll need router login credentials so the app can assess the error and provide recommended recovery steps. Note: Using the Verify app, you cannot change the router’s default credentials. Please contact your administrator or use the web interface to update the default credentials.

In this version of the Verify app, we’ve included bug fixes, performance enhancements, and security updates to ensure continued stability and reliability.

In this new version of Verify app, Health Metrics is updated to run the tests of your choice to help you determine an optimal location to install your router. You can run a speed test, check live signal metrics and perform a failover test. Devices with advanced licenses are allowed to check for Cellular Health and Serving Cell Tower.

In the new version of NetCloud Verify, System Administrators can now review and accept the End User Agreement and Privacy Policy directly within the app. Additionally, enhancements have been made to the Speed Test feature for improved performance.

In this new version of the Verify app, the End User Agreement has been updated. System Admins must accept the updated agreement in NetCloud Manager web to continue using any of our applications. All other users can continue using the applications without any issues.

In this new version of the Verify app, we've added support for signing in with SSO. If your NetCloud Administrator has integrated NetCloud Manager with an identity provider (IdP) and enabled SP-initiated logins, you can simply click the “Sign in with SSO” button on the login screen and enter your Company Identifier to log in.
