Updated iOS sign‑in to prevent crashes when identity providers use opaque tokens, and refined the Face ID preference so choosing “Use password instead” does not accidentally turn off Face ID for the same user in preferences.

Improved reliability for single sign-on (SSO) users on iOS. Fixed a crash that could occur after force closing the app when signing in, so users can reopen the app and continue interpreting sessions without needing to reinstall or reauthenticate.

Epic mobile users and support teams benefit from clearer app information and easier language selection, improving usability and support outcomes. By adding the app version number to the Epic request screen, support teams can now quickly identify which iOS version a user is running during calls, reducing troubleshooting time. The clear language indicator to the languages list allows users to confirm their language choice immediately, minimizing confusion and improving overall efficiency.

- Apple guidelines now require new UI permissions and regular notification checks. Users receive permission prompts as per standards, with notification permission checked every 24 hours. - Users could log out even when “keep me signed in” was enabled, causing confusion and inconsistent session handling. Logout option is only available when appropriate, matching user expectations. Added explicit refresh method to ensure session state is consistent across UI components. - Epic Launch - Previously, users were confused by a lack of network connectivity feedback on the Epic Request screen, resulting in failed interpreter requests. Now, users see a “Waiting for Network” overlay with a refresh button, disabling UI controls until connectivity returns and improving the experience during outages.

- Mobile users occasionally saw confusing states (e.g., calls starting with no network, duplicate‑device logout notices, or new session attempts not starting). To reduce failed starts and support tickets, iOS cleanly ends the current Epic call before starting a new one. - After logout, the password box sometimes stayed filled. To protect privacy and prevent mistaken sign‑ins, the field now clears automatically on successful login and sign‑out.

Clients can now reveal passwords (access codes) on the login screen, reducing the need to contact support for access issues. This enhancement improves usability, especially with complex access codes.

- Providers can now securely launch AMN Interpreting directly from the patient’s health record within Epic. Interpretation sessions initiated in this manner will automatically authenticate users, access key patient details from their chart (such as preferred language), and display the end-of-session information. Potentially the same information displayed will be recorded on the patient’s chart. - Additionally, the included Bi-Directional Data Exchange ensures accurate billing and reporting. Launching the patient chart will also trigger the bidirectional exchange of data fields between AMN and Epic, such as patient details, session specifics, and interpreter details, which assists with accurate and prompt reporting and billing procedures. - This enhancement streamlines the process for providers, making it easier and more efficient to access interpreter services on the go. Whether using Canto, Rover, or Haiku, providers can now initiate interpreter sessions seamlessly, enhancing the overall patient experience and ensuring that communication needs are met promptly.

Fixed a bug where interpreters could accept sessions that failed due to a media server issue, which caused negative session durations in reports.

Enhancements • We have extended the start session timeout to address call startup problems observed by some clients. Issues Addressed • We implemented a fix for the call answer issue, reducing instances of black screens during video calls. • We fixed an issue to ensure messages are processed correctly, improving call connection reliability.

Enhancements: - Interpreting requests initiated from third party applications with missing or invalid language selections will now be directed to an operator, when possible, rather than presenting an error message. Issues Addressed: - Fixed an issue where video from iPhones was extremely zoomed in when seen by the interpreter. - Fixed an issue where a browser refresh by the interpreter could cause the call to drop.

Enhancements - Provided clear messaging when there are problems connecting to a media server. Previously, the app would hang without any message indicating what the problem is.

• Enhancements - Added ability for third-party mobile apps to launch AMN Interpreting and directly take the user into a session. - Enabled Virtual Operator to be utilized with the "Other Languages (Audio)"button. • Issues Addressed - Addressed intermittent video freeze on some WiFi access points that use Adaptive Radio Management (ARM). - Corrected inappropriate letterboxing in some orientations, which started with 124.4.0.

Corrected a misspelling on the permissions notification pop up.

• Enhancements - None • Issues Addressed - Corrected an issue causing users to be improperly prompted to choose a subaccount. - Corrected an issue causing the training video to play at a lower volume than expected.

• Enhancements - Added a prompt to update settings if audio or video permissions are disabled when requesting an interpreter. This change was made in the 124.1 version but was not included in the Release Notes for that version. (SV -11192) - Changed the button caption on the call refresh waiting alert from “Cancel” to “Close” to more accurately reflect the effect of clicking the button. • Issues Addressed - When refreshing in an existing session, an alert would appear letting the user know they were waiting. The only option was “Close”, which was intended to close the alert, not impact the session. That was functioning incorrectly and has been fixed to simply close the alert without impacting the session.

Enhancements - Provided volume controls for the hold music. Issues Addressed - Audio on iPhones sometimes comes from the earpiece instead of the speaker.

Enhancements · Added the ability for users to select the account to be used for the sessions they request. This enables SSO to be used with more complicated account hierarchies. It can also be used to support account switching between sessions without requiring separate credentials for each account. Issues Addressed · Corrected an issue causing the “Waiting for interpreter” popup to remain on screen with no video shown after an interpreter refreshed the session. Now, the popup closes and video reappears once the refresh is complete.

Enhancements · Improved user experience when an SSO authentication token is nearing expiration by allowing the user to clearly see their token is about to expire and offering them the opportunity to reauthenticate immediately. · Improved troubleshooting process for MDM Friendly device management. · Enhanced security Issues Addressed · Removed device notifications that were being shown when Message Center messages expired. · Improved user experience when an SSO authentication token expires by bringing the user to the log in screen after pressing “OK” on the Session Timeout dialog. Prior to this change, an unusable screen was displayed and it was difficult to figure out how to proceed.

Enhancements · Improved media server communication on networks with non-standard configurations. · Added Pioneer speaker firmware version to logs. Issues Addressed · Eliminated inaccurate “Error registering device” message that appeared after canceling biometric login. · The Summary screen would get stuck open if a Queue Unavailable dialog timed out without being dismissed by the user.

Enhancements · Updated the audio language button text to “Other Languages (Audio)” on the language selection screen. This only affects accounts where audio interpreters are accessed through the AMN Interpreting application and the button did not have a custom caption. · The login screen now has a darker border around the input fields for improved accessibility. · The login screen buttons now have bold text and slightly darker button color for improved accessibility. · All error alerts are now standard Apple components or mimic standard Apple components for improved accessibility. · Security updates
