Inclusion Body Myositis Functional Rating Scale (IBMFRS) scores over time IBM-FRS is an app designed to help individuals track their Inclusion Body Myositis Functional Rating Scale (IBMFRS) scores over time. Users can complete the IBM-FRS survey, record their scores, and view trends over time on the chart. The scores can be backdated, so you can take the survey representing different points in time and edit the date to a past point in time in order to see changes over time. The app also allows users to add free text notes, compare score changes across surveys, and export your data as a PDF or CSV (for spreadsheets) for personal use or sharing with healthcare providers. No identifying information is collected in this app or used in any way. Users own their own data, and can export and delete the app or data within the app any time.
