WidgetWeaver is an iOS 26 app for making Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets built around a simpler idea: make one real widget fast, add it to your Home Screen, then keep refining the widgets worth keeping. Start with a Photo, Clock or Countdown starter. Make a few quick edits, save it, add WidgetWeaver on the Home Screen, then use Edit Widget to choose your saved widget for that spot. After first success, explore more widget ideas and build a small library of saved widgets you can come back to any time. This version makes WidgetWeaver easier to get started with and easier to use. What’s new: • A simpler getting-started experience, so it’s quicker to make your first widget • Clearer Home Screen setup, with better guidance for adding WidgetWeaver and choosing a saved widget • Better starting points for Photo, Clock and Countdown widgets • A cleaner gallery, with less confusion about what to add and what to customise • Better separation between starter widgets, saved widgets and Home Screen help • Pro now stays out of the way more during first use • Improved guidance and wording across Home, Widgets and Customise • Better organisation for saved widgets you want to keep, refine and reuse • Reliability improvements and UI polish throughout the app If WidgetWeaver felt too complicated before, this update is designed to make the main flow much clearer: make a widget, save it, add WidgetWeaver on the Home Screen, then choose that saved widget.
