General maintenance and minor bug fixes.

•Fixes an iOS 15 specific bug where the list of weather locations would flicker sometimes.

•Fixed an unexpected issue with NWS observation data where lists of observations started coming in out of order leading to a crazy looking plot since we had previously always assumed they would be in order.

Oops! The last update broke the watch app. Here is a fix!

•Added precipitation amount to the forecast. Now if you tap and drag your finger on the graph, where there is rain in the forecast it will tell you how much rain is expected (instead of only the chance of rain).

•You can now more easily search for landmarks instead of just cities and zip codes. For example, you can search for a forecast at your favorite ski resort, beach, or hiking trail! •WeatherGraph is now iOS 14.5 ready, meaning you will have the ability to disable personalized ads if you choose. •Improved the widget and fixed a few issues with how temperatures are displayed. •Fixed a bug when a long press on some of the buttons in the app could inadvertently bring up a forecast preview.

•This update addresses an issues with the NWS API which would sometimes result in forecast data not updating as expected. •This update also now shows the specific details of each of your weather locations in the location list subtext.

•Fixed a bug which caused the widget to not display properly if your weather station was missing record highs or record lows.
