'This Blue' lets you measure and collect every blue sky you see. Inspired by Horace Bénédict de Saussure's 1789 Cyanometer, this modern interpretation brings the historic science of sky measurement into the digital age FEATURES • Measure the sky's blueness with precision using your device's camera • Beautiful interactive 52-shade color wheel inspired by the original 1789 Cyanometer • Save and collect your sky measurements with time and location • Share your sky colors with custom-designed share cards • Elegant, minimalist interface with scientific aesthetics • Haptic feedback for extra fun HOW IT WORKS Point your device skyward, and This Blue will analyze the colour using advanced LARB matching algorithms. The colour wheel will automatically rotate to match the sky's blueness, giving you an accurate measurement on the 52-point scale. Tap the camera button to capture a particular shade of blue and start building up a collection of different blues. When you find a blue you want to share a share, tap the share button to create a beautiful card with a personalised message that you can send through a messaging app or social media network.
