IMPORTANT: SECURITY INCIDENT Mobixee’s security team recently discovered some unauthorized usage of an administrative system used to store and manage user information. Despite our ongoing efforts to prevent any type of security breach, the attacker was able to view certain types of user data. We learned that in some cases, the attacker was able to perform a series of steps that allowed them to gain access to customer names, emails, and encrypted passwords. Despite the fact that the passwords were encrypted, it is very possible that an attacker can decrypt this information. As a precautionary measure, we have reset all data and accounts to prevent any chance of the attacker gaining further access to accounts. Furthermore, if you used your iMathematics password on any other system, we strongly recommend you update your logins in those systems immediately. Your trust is one of our highest priorities, and this breach is something we take very seriously. We have updated our infrastructure to prevent this kind of breach in the future, and we are performing an extensive audit to identify any additional changes required to ensure the security of our customers' data. We do not store credit card information on our servers; financial data was not at risk of being compromised.
