Added the ability to drag in .vtt files for transcript editing.

Added VTT subtitle export support. Fixed an issue where changing a chapter title or link would not save when simply tabbing to the next field.

Import SRT transcripts: Already have a subtitle file? Drag an .srt file onto the editor or use the toolbar menu to import it as your transcript. Export pre-flight check: Before exporting, a summary sheet now shows your episode info and all chapters at a glance, with warnings for empty titles or duplicate timestamps so you can catch mistakes before they're baked in. New icon: it's new and nice, that's all.
