Fixed various bugs to improve app stability and performance.
Implemented offline support for forms:
1. When a form is submitted on a low or unstable network, the API is triggered first.
2. If the API fails due to network issues, the data is automatically saved in local storage.
Improved navigation handling with offline sync:
1. On-screen navigation, the API is triggered.
2. If the network is unavailable, data is fetched from local sync storage.
3. Added handling to prevent repeated API calls when no synced data is available.
Added shimmer loading effects for better user experience.
Implemented a centralized loader manager across multiple screens.
Applied minor UI/UX design improvements.
