Minor UI Updates. If a report only has photos the first sheet is no longer a blank sheet. This means that when the user starts a second volume of the report and only photos are used the first page will NOT be blank and the page number can be set to the page after the last page of the Vol 1 of the report.

We’ve made major improvements to reporting . Saving, editing, and guidance are better than ever: Save up to 10 reports, fully edit them later, and overwrite older drafts when you reach the limit. For existing users all your old templates are still available under My Files, and they are fully editable. New Instructions Screen to guide you though your reports. Step-by-step guidance with a button legend makes it easy to set up reports, manage fields, add photos, and share PDFs. Clear alerts let you know when you’ve reached the limit, and guide you through overwriting or deleting files. With these updates, you can start new reports, edit existing ones, save drafts, overwrite old reports, and always find your templates ready in My Files.

This update introduces powerful new functionality, allowing users to create completely bespoke site reports tailored to their specific needs. You can now define your own report structure by adding a main heading and any number of subheadings. This gives you full flexibility over how your report is laid out, making it ideal for different projects, clients, or workflows. Subheadings can be edited, reordered, or deleted at any time, giving you complete control. In addition to existing environmental fields like Date, Time, and Weather, a new Location field has been added. This automatically captures your current location when setting the date and time, helping to document precisely where each report was created. The photo capture experience remains seamless, and you can still add individual captions for each photo. You can now also delete specific photos and their captions more easily when reviewing or editing a report. These enhancements make the app more versatile, whether you're preparing daily site reports, inspection records, or client-specific documentation. The app remains focused on site safety, speed, clarity, and simplicity. Now with the added power of customisation. If you’re already using the default report template, nothing changes. But if you need more flexibility, the new “Custom Report” lets you create and reuse customised formats with ease. AI Writing Tools Compatibility: If the device is older than iPhone 15 Pro, tapping the AI "sparkle" button will now trigger a notification informing the user that the device does not support this feature. Photo Saving: All photos taken through the app are now also saved to the device’s photo gallery, regardless of whether they are used in the report. Photo Limit Enforcement: Users can now take up to 50 photos per report. A notification is shown once this limit is reached with warning messages as the limit is approached. File Size Warning: Because email services often restrict attachments to 10MB, the app now informs users when 20 photos have been added, as reports of this size may approach the 10MB limit. Dynamic Text Field Fixes: Issues with text boxes not maintaining their size on app reload have been resolved to ensure consistent formatting.

There is now a button to set the Date,Time and Weather to ensure that the information is not auto populated if the report is opened on a different day. The Company logo is now shown on each PDF sheet and each page is numbered i.e 1 of total.
