Feedback: Residents can submit feedback—whether compliments or complaints—via the One Bangkok App, track the status. My QR Door Access: Residents must be able to use their My QR Code in the Persona Residential section for building access, car park, and payment. Visitors must be able to use the QR Code from the Guest Pass for building access to specific floors only.
