The ETG’s Extranet app helps Emerging Travel Group partners manage property sales on the ZenHotels, RateHawk, and Roundtrip platforms.
The app provides core functions of the ETG’s Extranet web version: you can stay in touch with your guests, respond quickly to bookings, and keep all important information at your fingertips.
Manage availability and prices
The calendar allows you to view and edit the number of rooms available for booking and the cost of accommodation, as well as to set and remove restrictions.
Provide guests with up-to-date information
In the app, you can update general information about the property, delete or upload photos, and rearrange the order of images.
Manage bookings
All important details — stay dates, number of guests, room and meal type, and price — are displayed in the booking cards. If you want to quickly find a specific booking, use filters by property, creation date, status, payment type, check-in, and check-out dates.
Control payments
Invoices and closing documents for payments can be downloaded in just a couple of clicks.
Create and edit rates
In the app, you can manage settings for main rates, such as payment type, cancellation policy, and meal plans.
Communicate with guests and the support team
You can send support requests right from the app — Emerging Travel Group specialists are available 24/7. You can also communicate with guests via chat and respond to feedback.
Get instant notifications
With the app, you’ll be promptly informed about new bookings, cancellations, and guest messages. We also send reminders about upcoming check-ins, so you can check all details in advance.
