What we love: Becoming RoboCop! Firefights are breathtakingly chaotic, with destructible environments that erupt in a hail of debris. When you’re not subduing criminals or going toe-to-toe with the fearsome ED-209 security bot, you’ll tackle side missions where you investigate murders, rescue hostages and, yes, deal with noise complaints. Will you tell a punk to turn down his loud music or just smash his radio with your armoured fist?

Quick tip: Grabbing an enemy is a great tactical move. After you immobilise your terrified foe, you can hurl the sleazebag into his comrades, through a wall or out a window. Can you fly, creep?

Meet the creator: Teyon was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Poland. RoboCop: Rogue City is their second game based on an ’80s action franchise: The first, Terminator: Resistance (2019), takes place during the robot apocalypse predicted in Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
