The content of series is good but the app needs alot of work and bug fixes for example if a series is available on starzplay and Netflix I’ll watch it on Netflix cz it’s another level and more professional it’s like living in 2010 and 2020,every time I watch something on statzplay the app crashes 👎🏻

A lot of work needs to be done

A lot of improvements are needed.One of the biggest issues is with the Continue Watching section. The app doesn’t properly track the last episode I watched. For example, if I watch five episodes in a row, it won’t save my progress.Also, on the Samsung Home menu integration, I can see a list of Starz series, but it doesn’t show the latest series and episodes I’m actually watching. Netflix and Prime Video handle this feature smoothly, but with Starz, I have to manually skip through episodes the next day just to continue my series.

I downloaded the app and subscribed on all my apple devices and I have a very strong internet connection but yet I could never finish a whole episode of any series without a multitude of interruptions and errors. I never face that with Netflix which I also have on the same devices. Moreover, I went to the website to send a complaint, but the "contact us" link never works. I will wait for a few more days before I cancel my subscription as it is very frustrating as is.

Well done team Starzplay!A start-up Netflix with, already, an impressive collection. I keep on seeing updated material. I’m sure with time you’ll add more optimized options. I also love the regional content, we get to watch more relatable things and actually support regional effort and people. When you first open the app/website you might say oh there aren’t many choices, but the existing ones are, really, hidden gems. There are things that aren’t even on Netflix! Even things that newly got on Netflix. So again, remember it’s still new. I see great potential in you keep up! And don’t make the subscription more pricy.
